Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PromoReel, available at postviralvideos.xyz (the "Service"). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

PromoReel creates promotional videos from website links and content you provide, using selectable animated templates, and can publish approved videos and captions to YouTube, Facebook and Instagram accounts that you connect. Every video requires your approval inside the app before it is published.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must sign in with a Google account you are authorised to use. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens through your account and through the social accounts you connect.
• You may use the Service only for accounts (yours or ones you are authorised to manage) and content you have the right to use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload or promote content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringing, or that violates anyone's rights, including Meta's Community Standards and YouTube's policies.
• Use the Service for spam, artificial engagement, scams, or content that misrepresents goods or services.
• Upload malware or attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data.
• Resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties as a competing offering without our written permission.
• Violate any applicable law, including advertising and consumer-protection rules, in the videos you create or the captions you publish.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, or where required by a platform such as Google or Meta.

4. Your content

• You keep ownership of the websites, text, images, logos and captions you provide ("your content").
• You grant us a limited licence to host, process, adapt and display your content solely to provide the Service — for example, rendering it into a video and publishing it where you approve.
• You confirm you own or have the necessary rights (including music, image and trademark rights) in your content, and that publishing it will not infringe anyone's rights.
• Videos we generate from templates remain a mix of template animations owned or licensed by us and your content; you may use the exported videos freely, including commercially.
• We may remove content or refuse to publish a video that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or a platform's rules.

5. Connected social accounts and publishing

• When you connect YouTube, Facebook or Instagram, you authorise us to publish approved content to those accounts on your instruction.
• We publish only after you approve a video in the app; we never post without your approval.
• Your use of YouTube, Facebook and Instagram remains subject to their own terms and policies (Google Terms of Service, YouTube Terms, Meta Platform Terms, Meta Community Standards, Instagram Terms). Those platforms may reject, limit or remove content independently of us.
• You can disconnect any account at any time on the Accounts page, which revokes our stored access immediately (you may also revoke access in your Google, Facebook or Instagram settings).

6. AI-generated captions

Caption suggestions are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing any caption before approving it for publication.

7. Plans, pricing and payment

• If you subscribe to a paid plan, the price and limits shown at sign-up apply, plus applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew at the stated interval until cancelled. Cancellation stops future charges; the current period is not refunded unless the law requires it.
• We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from the next billing period.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its templates, animations, design, code and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, you receive no licence to our templates, code or brand.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Publishing depends on third-party platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram), whose availability and policies are outside our control. We may add, change or discontinue features at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that published posts will achieve any particular reach, engagement or result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you have not paid, the fees for one month of the plan you use). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of a third-party platform's terms.

13. Termination

• You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if a connected platform requires it, or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practical.
• On termination, we delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion process.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of- law rules. The courts of the city where the Service owner resides will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. We will try to resolve any dispute informally first — contact us before starting legal action.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new date, and material changes will be notified in the app or by email where practical. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
