Data Deletion Instructions

PromoReel lets you create promotional videos and post them to your own YouTube, Facebook and Instagram accounts. This page explains how to delete the data connected to your account.

Delete your data from inside the app

1. Sign in to PromoReel.
2. Open Library and delete any videos you want removed.
3. Open Accounts and disconnect any connected YouTube, Facebook or Instagram accounts. This removes the stored connection tokens immediately.

Delete your data from Facebook settings

If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account, you can also remove our access from Facebook itself:

1. Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Find PromoReel and click Remove.
3. Facebook then notifies us automatically and we delete the connected account data and any scheduled posts linked to it.

What we delete

• Your connected social account details and access tokens.
• Your scheduled and queued posts.
• Your saved videos and their files.

Deletion is completed within 7 days of a verified request. Videos already published to YouTube, Facebook or Instagram stay on those platforms — delete them there directly.

If you cannot access your account, contact us and we will delete your data manually after verifying your identity.
